I sometimes make fries in the air fryer. Some sweet potato with paprika and garlic seasoning. Delish.

You can do this. Seems like loads of people recommend tracking your TDEE: http://www.iifym.com/tdee-calculator/ this tells you how many calories you burn just by being you, so eating calories under this means weight loss without exercise.
