Yep. I've been within 5 lbs. of a specific weight for the past decade.

Enter either walking or running, and you'll see speed options for your workout.

Today's stats: Miles ran: 5 Bugs ingested: 4.5 (coughed out a big one, but I'm fairly certain I ate his wings. He put up a hell of a fight.) It's far worse on the bike. I lose count of those snacks. However, I inevitably get nailed by at least one bee every couple weeks. That's a good time.

My husband and I both use SpiBelts (the larger pocket model). They don't ride up at all, and they can be adjusted to fit most sizes. My husband has a 38-40" waist, and it fits him fine.

I'm in the New Richmond/Hudson area and training for my first half marathon and second sprint tri. Friend request on the way! And I'll gladly add any other super awesome WI friends

Unnecessary when you've mastered the art of chair dancing. Total upper body workout. Burns TONS of cals.
-
Well, then....the answer is a resounding YES!
-
The fact that you misspelled dance made me giggle. Just like the drunken fool that I am!

Well, I was rooting for the Bucks, but last night kinda killed that. My sister is a Bucks dancer. Woot!

I kinda like it when you bring me to my knees

I'm currently a little drunk on vodka + flavored water (Sparkling Ice from Walmart). It is sweetened with Splenda but doesn't taste like diet soda, and it comes in lots of flavors.

If that's your thing, by all means. There is some science that supports taking an ice bath after an endurance event, but if you like a cold shower, go for it.

I'm in for 90 miles this month.

My playlist includes songs from the "That's What I Call Running" albums from 2014 and 2015. A Google search will bring up the song lists. Nearly all of the music has a great beat for running.

I fall off the wagon on a monthly basis and also any time there's a holiday or weekend travel. I have found that I get back on track quickest if I spend 1-2 days chugging water and fasting until I am physically hungry (which doesn't usually happen until after lunch if I have morning coffee). The water helps flush out the…

Well, you are officially my hero! :)

I do the same thing, so lately I've started leaving a little dish of almonds on the counter for myself. Having it right there staring me in the face as I pass through the kitchen at 2 a.m. to head to the bathroom has greatly cut down on my cookie consumption. As a bonus, I usually am not hungry for breakfast after the…

Thank God I'm not alone in this one! My husband thinks I'm psycho, but I've actually banned him from eating yogurt in my presence. The stirring....and then the repeated spoon scraping noises when it's nearly gone. On one particularly PMS-y day, I actually said to him, "Stop scraping the f'ing yogurt cup, fatty! It's OK to…

Will likely add a couple 5k or 10k just for sh*ts and giggles, but so far this: * Down & Dirty Mother's Day 8k trail race (plus 2 mile mother/daughter race after) * Stillwater Half marathon on May 23 * Stillwater Lift Bridge 10 miler on July 25 * Gopher to Badger Half marathon on August 8 (maybe) * St. Croix Valley sprint…

I hate having to mentally plan ahead to drink alcohol.

I also binged over the weekend (beer...which led to some terrible food choices...which led to a bad attitude and even more beer and bad food choices). I tend to do this around PMS time or whenever there's a special occasion or travel. I have found it's easier for me to get back on track if I spend one or two days having my…

It looks like loose skin, and it will probably never go away completely without surgery. I've had 4 babies and have some loose skin on my middle/lower abdomen. It has improved significantly after a year of running and lifting, but even with my upper abs somewhat visible, the lower belly still has a bit of the Shar Pei…

"It is what it is." Um, yeah, obviously.

Swimming can be a great workout if you have the stamina for it (something I'm still working on). However, I have found that next to heavy lifting, nothing makes me nearly as hungry as a swim workout.

I had to leap over multiple piles of black bear poop on my trail run near home yesterday!
