and today has been a little better! I saved some calories earlier and I intend on having a very satisfying, balanced meal for dinner , plus a bedtime snack (I can't yet shake that, if ever)....I will get it all in time, I feel more confident with all of the tips and my success today :)

im on my fourth day of really trying, it can be hard but this iste is verrry helpful! I have a lot o lose, have afib and am diabetic too, so I am hoping to improve my health dramatically by losing all this excess me , good luck to you!

I totally understand and have a lot more to lose. I am in my third year of a four-year master's program :(...I want to be down this summer for my practicum, and want it OFF by the time I graduate. The stress-eating has me stressed,lol....lets support one another! best wishes!
