All right, after completing the 30 day shred once, I took a week's rest and now I'm rolling over and doing it all over again. Day 1, lvl. 1, done, and I'm seeing a HUGE improvement in my endurance & recovery from the first time since I did Day 1, lvl. 1 30 days ago. It's amazing, but I just hope I'll get the same results…

Day 7, lvl 3. Done!!!

Day 5, lvl. 3 DONE! I upped the weights to double, so I'm really burning it out!! :)

Level 3, day 3, Done!

Lvl. 3, Day 2, done! Wowza, it's HARD CORE!
-
Lvl 2, Day 10 Done! Sweating like crazy (and really sore to boot), but I know it brings results!
-
Lvl 2, day 9 Done! So close to starting lvl. 3!!! :)

89. Either the girls really want to win, or there are more girls on this site trying to lose weight than men. :)
-
Day 8, lvl. 2 Done! Don't worry, Poland_diana, for the first few days of level 1, I was REALLY sore in the calves. But I kept doing the exercises (got a calf massage from my wonderful sis to prevent injury and stuff), and am already noticing improved endurance and strength.

Day 7, lvl. 2, done! Tomorrow I amp up the weights by doubling! It's gonna BURN!
-
Instead of doing Day 7 of lvl. 2, I decided to switch it up and do Day 1 lvl. 3. (Just for fun) But as Jillian would say, "You think this is gonna be easy? Think again, body."
-
Day 6, lvl. 2 done! SO Glad tomorrow is a rest day; then it's back to it with heavier weights on Monday!!
-
Day 5, lvl. 2 done! I caught a look at myself in the mirror after this workout; I look absolutely purple!
-
Day 2, lvl. 4 done! Soon I'll be at level 3 and shredded in no time!

Actually my starting weight was 165, so I'm pretty proud that I've dropped 30 lbs. already. It took me about a year to get to this point, but slow and steady is the best approach. :) :)

I only have about 4-6 lbs to go. Name: Sara Height: 5' 6" Starting Weight (2/18): 133 Goal Weight (3/30): 128ish Loss/gain for the week: Lost 1 lb and also 1 in. off stomach from doing 30 Day Shred. Loss/gain for the month so far: Plateaued and have only lost 2 lbs. within the month, want to get back to losing 1 lb. a…

You can totally add me, too! I'd love support and will do my best to support you, too! Let's get motivated! Though I only have 4-6 lbs. left to lose, I'm finding that the closer I get to my goal, the more I want to give up. (Isn't that funny?) Maybe it's because the closer you get, the harder it becomes to lose the final…

I'm only on Day 3 of lvl. 2, and I'd love support. Sometimes it's so hard to do the entire workout or just get up in the morning and do it!

Do the 30 day shred. It's a killer, but it'll help tone up your body significantly. I'm only on Day 3 of lvl. 2, but I've already lost 1 in. from my stomach and 1/2 in. from my hips. I've replaced fat with muscle, my clothes are fitting looser, and though my scale hasn't moved much (only 1/2 to 1 lb. so far) I'm elated.…

I weigh myself every day. Kind of get sad when I sometimes weigh myself after drinking a bunch of water or eating a meal (of course that would make you gain weight) but I still get a little worried that it's permanent weight instead of just temporary. Then I sleep this (weight) off and am back to my normal weight the next…

For me at least (I'm on Day 3 of lvl. 2) I found the ending Cardio/abs the killer in the 3rd circuit. The jump-in planks were hard, but the Plank jacks & double-jump ropes had me drenched; I wanted to cry when she started on the oblique twisters. But I'm persevering with willpower, MFP motivation, and the desire to look…

For me, the first 2-3 days (especially days 1 and 2) of any level of 3DS when starting are the worst. But if you keep at it, your endurance Will Improve. Then all that's left to do is to do the moves like Nat and increase the weights if you feel like it.

Day 2 lvl. 3! I finished! Whew, I'm sweating!
-
Day 2 lvl. 2 done! Man, is it raining in here, because I am drenched!
-
Does anyone else notice that (at least for me) while the first-half of lvl. 1 is a killer, the second-half of lvl. 2 is even worse?
-
Lvl 2, day 1 done! I was "gargling my heart" throughout the second-half of the workout. Those plank-jacks and the plank-twists at the end really killed me, but I did the entire workout!
-
Lvl. 1 Day 10, done! On Monday I'll start Lvl. 2! And I've already lost 1 inch off my waist! Super AWESOME!!
-
Just finished Day 9 lvl. 1! Feeling the BURN!!! :) Can't wait to measure/weigh in tomorrow on Day 10!
