  • Went to the fair yesterday. Spicy sausage on a stick, chicken kabob on a stick,ice tea lots of H20 14k step.   • I got over keto flu 1x by increasing sodium & magnesium with salted almonds. Next time I felt bad, as much as it sucked I got up and walked mall 15k total steps that day- I heard keto flu best to work out & check electrolytes and it worked for me. Good luck.
