Oct 26th out of the winners circle, my flu has gone into my chest, although I feel a little better (as in the head ahas cleared and the acheing muscles are not so achey )... I am easy to be sent into a fit of coughing .. so no exercise again. exercise no tracked yes calories yes for my own info

Go me!!!!! I improved on my day I added 35 mins of a walk in the park and I done my 20 mins of physio .. the mental locking of the kitchen was a success .. I was actually quite hungry later but because I had already signed off as finished I did not got for the little slice of cake that screamed my name ... :)

NSV On the 6th of October I took my final pain medication pill for my herniated disk ... it took me 18 months from my highest doze to being pill free when the docs told me it could take 5 years and some people never get off them. So its a win in my books to be off early .. I am not seeing any bad effects .. so touch wood…
