Dec 13 3 yesses Today was the day I cleaned my oven, all the horrid racks scrubbed and shiny my hands are aching I gave up and put the xmas tree up thou before the house was fully ready, Its only the kitchen to finish :) Should be done in a cpl days then there will be much relaxing :D All pass days used

Dec 8th 3 yesses - my exercise consisted of cleaning some of my kitchen today (4 hours roughly) , I am closing in on the xmas tree going up, more kitchen tomorrow as well as piles of bits and bobs that need to find a home , nail clippers, some wires, a dice, a game piece, a jigsaw puzzle piece, a bit of an old watch .. etc…

Dec 7th 3 yesses (forced stationary bike again) 1... I have returned to UAC I think I was a member about 3-4 years ago, I left due to a back injury which stopped me being able to exercise at all let alone daily (my back injury was either in 2017 or 18) .. if memory serves and I have just finally gotten back to the stage…

I have been so tempted all day just to pass again as I was up all night drinking for my birthday. I am happy to say I did get up off the couch and I biked yes yes yes Now I'm off to bed early lol

dec 5th 2nd pass day my own birthday ... I tried to talk myself into exercising all day long and could not get moving ... tracked cals but was over due to birthday beer

Pass day today eating out for my daughters 21st, (her birthday was on the 2nd) I'm not fully sure of the calories in the food so I done a best guess and logged what i thought it was, went over calories due to sticky toffee pudding and didn't have the chance to get any exercise in either Dec 5th is my birthday, I will see…
