I would eat more, your body needs the nutrients to recover from sickness. 1 week till we start .. so can't wait!! I've gained a few lbs between terms, the whole house came down with a big and out normal meals were put to the back burner and replaced with easy meals (and evidently too much of them) still shaking the last of this bug but I think I am winning!!
