Took bub out for breakfast and ordered hot cakes I ate it all but felt so full and sick after to the point thatI cldnt eat lunch, that never happens to me lol. Maybe I am really getting used to this whole healthy eating to the point that too much junk just is not enjoyabor. Dnt get me wrong I still love my treats but eating a large portion just made me feel terrible. I am also physically exausted from the run, boxing and skipping session yest. Every single muscle in my body is aching. Xo

@donna25trinity Sounds like you’ve had an amazing productive day in spite of the “hotcake” setback. Hopefully you’re feeling better now. You fine tuning your body towards healthy stuff is inspiring.4

2... lessons learned hmmmm .. I guess a good one is, if I have passed for the day on exercise its not a reason to also pass on logging and staying under budget for the day._JeffreyD_ wrote: »✅✅✅
First visit in 2019...5 sporadic months. Didn't complete a one.
One month in 2020...nope.
Every month since May 2021... decided to hang around for the whole month on spite of not hitting the winners circle. I only post once a day, but think about it all the time.
I have learned I can benefit from being here without being in the winners circle.
I LOVED LOVED LOVED reading all the posts yesterday about something that each of us has learned from our time in the UAC! Above are two that really jumped out at me, but they are all really thought provoking. If you haven't taken the time to really read through them yet, please make the time sometime this week to go back and do so - you won't regret it!!
I wanted to add that we often don't realize how important it is to continually work on building our "basic healthy habits" -- and although that may look a little different for each of us..... we know that our desire, willingness and 'motivation' to do each of the 3 UAC pillars every single day will eventually ebb and wane, and when the 'waning' comes, we need to have worked on building a firm 'habit' foundation so that we can STAND FIRM during those times!!10 -

I had tracked everything and was skating well under until Thai banquet work xmas dinner where it was hard to track. Too much guesstimation. Didn't have any wine though and resisted eating more than I needed.

Pass Day #1
Not my choice but unfortunately I had to have a biopsy this morning and I'm not supposed to do any exercise, lifting or bending over for 48 hours. I wasn't expecting that.13 -
@Mrs_Hoffer Thanks so much for highlighting and reposting those comments. Not only super inspiring but for a girl who is currently rocking 6 pass days already this month it’s always a great reminder that staying connected to community is key to perseverance—honor where you are, learn from your experience and the experiences of others and move/fall forward.5

@LazyBlondeChef *hugz* An unexpected setback sounds pretty disappointing. You’ll be on the saddle again before you know it. Be encouraged.4

@jjjcat it still looks like you gave a good go of it today! Way to control what you could as well as know when to live in the moment1

3 yesses - my exercise consisted of cleaning some of my kitchen today (4 hours roughly) ,
I am closing in on the xmas tree going up, more kitchen tomorrow as well as piles of bits and bobs that need to find a home , nail clippers, some wires, a dice, a game piece, a jigsaw puzzle piece, a bit of an old watch .. etc etc I often wonder how they manage to get all over the house but I have a bag full of bits n bobs to be re homed
After yesterdays discussion about when we joined, I went back to look, I was a member in July 2017 and I worked out that I was actually in the winners circle I am not sure if it was the june or july circle and I haven't yet worked out when I actually joined lol ..... July was near the end of my time with UAC as I managed to give myself a ruptured disc and was laid up for way way too long (touch wood I am getting over it now)
I had forgotten I was in the circle back then so that was nice to see
best wishes @LazyBlondeChef I hope everything works out for you4 -

✅ exercise - 75 mins yoga but skipped Bodypump. I was crunched for time.
❌ calories - cooking and tasting recipes all day.
❌ tracking - I didn’t unfortunately. Need to make a plan how I get around my cooking days as I would like to do more of them but I can’t be taking little tastes here and there without tracking.
