Just wondering. How many calories do you normally consume on your free days? How often do you have them? I have unwanted binge days where I can go as high as 9000 calories that sabotage every other days calorie limits. Thanks.

Oh I should add. I can eat up to 9000-10,000 calories. Forget eating at maintainence !

Anemia can make you feel like you are in pain. I also say see your doctor!

Thank you for your answer. I do walk 10 miles a day (you'd think that would help) but have so much anxiety I can barely get into the gym. I'm lucky if i get there one time a week. I do not have privacy at home and am too embarrassed and anxious to work out at home. Thank you for bringing up yoga. I know they have classes…
