Do you have NSV's? Non scale victories. Those usually show up before weight loss. Is your skin better? Belt looser? Clothes looser? Do you have more energy or strength? Think about the positive changes that might be going on. Have you tried adding some light exercise? Even a 10 minute daily walk? Good luck

Nuts. Nut Butters. Avocadoes. You could be setting yourself up for sickness, fatigue and binge eating if you don't adequately get enough calories and nutrition in. Google high calorie healthy foods and it might help you meet your goals. Good luck.

Thank you all. Sorry it wasn't juicy and sinful enough for you but I couldn't figure out how to change it to spinners. Fresh lettuce is so much better than buying it a bag. And fresh produce makes me feel better during this coronavirus so thank you for telling me which brands and types you like! Stay safe ya'all.

Thank you. Never get a cord. Dumb idea!
-
Why not use the defrost option or a low option on the microwave?
-
Thank you so much. I'll be sure to NOT get a fitbit!

Layers! Wear layers to keep warm! Maybe even start with those Thermals. Add a scarf and a hat. And enjoy your walk! Oh chapstick and tissues if your nose runs in the cold. (Lol)

Stupid advice. (sorry, but). I can do this every day for 2 weeks or more!
-
I did not see any links but that was a fun read!! I'm sure it's far from fun to go through every day, but nonetheless, a fun read

USA here. Welcome! It is a really great app.

I have no advice. I feel completely the same. I have such anxiety. ALWAYS leave feeling better, often good, but it is NEVER motivation enough to get myself to go any time soon. And it's not the same as working out at home. I like the machines. So I do understand what you are going through. I'm not sure I even have a valid…

I'm changing this to, "You can't live a full life on a ((too)) full stomach!"

Fit some of those yummy foods in your daily or weekly calories. Maybe it will keep you from feeling deprived and eating too much of the foods you'd rather not eat so much of. Or see if you can make a substitution. Cottage cheese and stevia and cocoa for chocolate. Zucchini noodles instead of pasta. Pizza on low carb…

Omg! Quitting is absolutely worth it. There is total hope!! Have you tried exercise? Walking? Yoga? Bike riding? Weight lifting? Gym classes? Swimming? Have you tried meditation? Guided meditations? Deep breathing( You might be missing that deep inhaling). Spending time in nature? I quit 8 years ago. I have lost 95 pounds.…

Did not know how to do this. Thank you_

Might want to also use the search option for threads on NSV's (non-scale victories). Maybe they can help you see the bigger picture of how far you've come and renewed motivation to keep plugging along, hopefully with renewed vigor and confidence.

Don't ever quit kickboxing if you lose. Btw, do you know his past experience in the martial arts or other fighting?
-
Wow. No one even talked about what you posted. I sent you a private message.

I second thrift stores. Salvation army. Goodwill. Etc. You should feel good in the clothes you wear. Trust me! It is NOT worth spending money on new clothes while losing weight!. Congratulations on your weightloss$

I walked my blood pressure lower and lost weight from the walking and counting calories. But I did crazy walking. 10 miles a day on my treadmill.

I quit on Chantix. It made me angry but I stayed on Chantix because it worked.
-
I'm a binge eater here. You can add me.
-
Not a therapist. Binge eater here too. I'm reading a book that i find helpful called "The Binge Code" by Alison C Kerr. I do understand the struggle!

You shouldn't give up your comfort food. It sets you up for feelings of deprivation. Have less of it. Try to have a little a day or maybe once a week depending on what it is. Another idea is to find substitutions. Like instead of chocolate cottage cheese or ricotta cheese and stevia and cocoa powder might satisfy the…

Everything we read on MFP states losing 1 pound per week is at a healthy rate to lose weight. In my opinion, I don't see a reason to change what is working for you.
-
That stranger could have been me too even after I've lost 95 pounds!

Cottage cheese or ricotta cheese with stevia and cinnamon (nuts too if you like) or stevia and unsweetened cocoa powder. Berries. Sugar free jello. Hummus (Sabra is great) with baby carrots (carrots are actually sweet). Salad/lettuce with Skinny Girl salad dressing. ( Sweet, low cal and you can eat a lot). Unsweetened…

You really researched this. This question is off topic but 'm going to throw this at you anyway. I've been struggling for months trying to figure out how many calories I am burning. If you can help, Is appreciate it. For now I've been logging 365. F, 150 lbs, Treadmill: 100 minutes. Incline 10% at 3.1 speed. Thank you.

I thought the ingredients in my last bar tended to be more fake and the new texture and flavor was unappealing. Atkins is crap. Thanks for your post!

I second all bran Buds too.....with DaVinci toasted marshmallow syrup. Tastes like Lucky Charms to me!
