I'm 5'4 sorry got that wrong!!

I am 42 5'3 and weigh 226lbs. I set MFP to loose 0.5lbs a week and that gives me 1750 calories. I find this achievable to stick to mostly and I have energy to exercise and don't feel deprived. If you read a lot of advice on here indicates slow and steady wins the race. It's not as sex as massive weight losses but healthier.

Hi there! I'm working on being a hot mama too. I'm going to a wedding August next year and have to look a lot better by then. Looking to loose 58lbs and that won't leave me skinny just slimmer. Good luck to you xx

Add me too. I have just joined and am getting my head around this app and eating less exercising more

Ok that's great thanks. I have no intention of going under 1200 calories a day!! I'm currently on 1750 and that's an effort. I must be used to eating a lot!!! Thanks for the advice guys. I will try adding half my exercise calories to my total and see what happens. I'm still eating less than I would normaly.

Add me too. I'm new and finding my way round this app. I have 58lbs to loose. Set the weight loss to 0.5 lbs a week loss so it's not too hard. What has everyone else done out of interest??

Hello. I have 2 children and about 60 lbs to loose. Have the easter eggs gone yet? I still have a house full still. Very tempting. I'm at day 2 of sticking to MFP properly. Good luck!

West Yorkshire Add me too. It's good to have support

Hi I'm so like that too. I think the idea is to plan ahead and go to family events prepared. However I usually over endulge at social settings. Get back on track and put it behind you x

Hi, I need to loose about 60lbs but would feel happy if I got back to my weight 3 years ago and lost 42lbs. I came to the realisation last night the only way is to calorie count and exercise!! It's not exactly rocket science but I seem to have gone round the houses looking for a quick fix. Feel free to add me as a friend…
