Yes by scale. I've had my bf measured many different ways over the past few years, professionally a few times last year- all around 14-15%. I trained very hard (mostly weights) and only gained 2-3 pounds. Now that My body fat percentage went up, but not my lean mass at all, i feel like all I gained was fat:(

i have been lifting consistently for about 1.5 years :)

i study, workout, and most importantly... SLEEP!

I did 30 min abs class and 30 min tabata class!

what muscle group am I missing?

it looks something like.... start with squats, 10 reps with the bar for a warm up, 65 lb *10, 85*8, 95* 6, 105*3, 105*3, 105 *3 then dead lifts warm up with bar, 105*10, 125*6-8, 135* 6 ish, 155*1. then I go on to leg extensions, leg curls, glute machine, lunges, etc etc. 8-10 total exercises in total.

In the long run i'd like to do bikini. at least once, give it a shot. I thought you were supposed to eat a lot of carbs and protein?

When I was in recovery for my ED i had to eat 3000 calories per day, i highly suggest looking up "minnie maud"

Right now BP-65 Squat- 105 Deadlift-155 My goals are BP-100 Squat- 150 DL-200 I WILL reach them!
