Yesterday I was exhausted and had a rest day from the Shred but I'll be back at it tonight for day 8. I've been doing my modified push-ups from a bench and it has really helped with increasing my strength for push-ups.

I feel successful, although I am not yet to my newly revised GW. When I started in Jan 2nd I wasn't even sure if getting back to the 130s was possible. I felt horrible mentally and physically. Great job ladies! I really feel like if you can get past day 3(which really wasn't as bad as I built up in my mind it would be) then it gets way better.

So far May 2- 45 minute Interval Run (9 minute mile/10 minute mile with 15 seconds of 71/2 minute mile). Later tonight I hope to complete 20 minute circut training (level 1 day 6 30 day Shred).
