I am 5'1 224lbs, I think I'm pretty short and I get light exercise, overall I am trying to loose 1 to 2lbs a week. MFP actually says I should eat 1200 to loose 2lbs a week.

You can eat more proteins throughout the day as snacks to improve your metabolism like peanuts, a couple eggs, and meats with protein just moderate the snacks because eggs and meats also have a good amount of cholesterol.

I still lose weight but don't have a lot of energy at times.

No because it leads me to eat whatever I can to reach my calorie count, I don't eat usually anything besides fluids until night 9-12pm so I'm scared if I keep it up i'll become unhealthy or sick.

I had the same problem until I started taking some B complex for my metabolism, doing a little more activity, I also lighten the load on bread, rice, dairy, flour, cheese, pasta anything that turned into starch, I definitely noticed a difference and lost 9 lbs since. I'm sure its broken I put new batteries and it showed me 3 different lbs lol Well looks like I need a new scale should I stick with digital or go with a normal scale. I will defienlty keep measuring hopefully I can see a differece maybe I'll take photos to :blush:

Thank you to everyone for responding, well I actually want to loose 95 lbs but I set a shorter goal taking baby steps, so my goal right now is to loose 45 lbs, I really don't have any idea whats not normal and what is I know I'm overweight for my height "5'1"/"229 lbs" but loosing at least 2 lbs a week and 3 lbs water…
