Maybe try a keto diet? I suggest this based on the issues you're experience. When you are keto, you can consume more salt, the proteins and fats will help you feel full at your calorie goal, and there's a good chance you will see regular loss on the scale. But, it's not for everyone because you really need to accurately…

Lol, diet sodas (Diet Dr. Pepper really) are pretty much all I drink besides coffee. I don't log them either, I just figure what's the point? I honestly don't care about sodium, I just want to see my calories/carbs/protein/fats/fiber.

I'm 8 months pregnant, so I'm just cutting back a bit since my husband and I were eating fast food and takeout nearly everyday, consuming massive amounts of calories/simple carbs and I recently started gaining way too fast. My plan for the remainder of the pregnancy (she's due Christmas day :) ) is as follows: - 1800…

I would like to join. :-) I'm 23 with a baby girl coming in December and I have well over 100 lbs to lose before I'm at a healthy weight!

Man, I've really been AWOL lately with eating right. I was doing great for a solid month to two months but lately I've felt absolutely exhausted and unmotivated and started caving in to cravings and then just kind of stopped watching what I ate altogether. I just felt really strange lately until a couple of nights ago, I…

Lolllllll, I genuinely laughed out loud at this. I had no intentions of posting, just lurking, but this was just too funny.

Are you eating at least half of your jogging calories back? Make sure your deficit isn't too high from exercise. Try eating healthy carbs when you're hungry outside of normal meal times, like fruit and whole grains.

Since you already add yogurt, maybe try trading the milk for water. Or you could try replacing the milk, powder, and yogurt with vanilla soy milk or almond milk, and add a banana for creaminess. You could add some spinach for more nutrition since its virtually tasteless in a shake with fruit and barely has any calories…

You really don't need protein powder since most foods on a healthy vegan diet (plant-based) offer sufficient proteins. Here's an article about natural vegan sources of protein: http://www.onegreenplanet.org/natural-health/vegan-sources-of-protein/ And there are many more than what are on that list (search online, you'll…

There are so many great options for replacing foods you love in vegan form. For example, if you're a cheese lover you can check out Daiya's non-dairy cheeses and Silk's (or any generic brand) soy/almond/coconut/etc milk. There's also usually a whole vegan/vegetarian section in the frozen aisle with things like vegan…

Hi :) I'm 22 and my highest weight was 305 in November of 2014. I got down to 255 but then regained back to 275. I started again almost 2 weeks ago and right now I'm about 265.
