I try to make it simple during the week. The weekends I have to improve. We had cheese and crackers for dinner last saturday.

It's not only about portion control but there is an exercise per day to follow. What I like is that there is a modifier doing them as well so if you can not lift the 20 pound weights like the person in the back row, you can follow the modifier. That's great! I only exercised 4 days last week due to over doing it the first time. I did lose 4 pounds and am committed to doing the full workout during the week.

I keep seeing cauliflower pizza all over the Internet. Tempted to try it.

I made the mistake f not following Kat on my first day and was so sore that I had to workout gingerly when it came to using my legs. Finally feeling more normal today. Lesson learned.

I'm on day 4 as well and really like it. I like the exercise DVDs a lot.

I started today. My thighs are on fire. My challenges are eating enough of the red group and all the water to drink. I drink a ton to begin with and never had a problem with water but now it's really a lot.

The workouts are DVDs so you would have to purchase them. The plan comes with the kit but i have seen it here and there online. I just opted to buy the whole kit. The price of the workouts alone is worth it imho.
