  • Lucky Charms. They are the only food item I've had to cut out completely. I seriously have no self control when it comes to Lucky Charms. I could easily eat a whole box in one sitting.
  • When I first started my weightloss, my husband was supportive, but still pigged out on all the yummy stuff that I had to cut back on. It was tough not to give in and pig out with him, but resisting temptation resulted in me gaining lots of self control with food. Also, after seeing how amazing I looked and noticing my…
  • I seriously opened this thread with the hopes of finding lots of chocolate cake pictures. Haha
  • Man, I've been on here for over two years and no men have trolled me. I should probably be happy about this, but I'm honestly a little disappointed.
  • My starting weight was 275. At that time, I wore a 42DD. I'm maintaining at 130. After losing all that weight, my breasts were deflated, saggy balloons. In a bra, no one could tell. However, six weeks ago, I treated myself to a breast lift. I'm wearing the same bras I wore before the lift, but I don't have to (literally)…
  • Thanks everyone. My mother has always been verbally and emotionally abusive so it's pretty much all I know from her. My husband tells me all the time I should cut her out or at least cut down on my contact with her, but she's my mom so it's tough. Also, when she's nice, really nice, but you never know when she's going to…
  • I've found that Sears has a lot of slips and shapewear in a large range of sizes.
  • I've never heard of it. It's just prepackaged food delivered to your house? If so, I have a thought and a personal connection. Thought: why not prepare foods at home on Sunday (or a day that works for you), weight it out and freeze it? Home cooked "prepackaged" meals would probably be cheaper, taste better, and have less…
  • If you use MFP correctly, it really helps. I've lost 140+ pounds using MFP. I've completely transformed my life. I hope it helps you meet your goals.
  • I actually went today and tried some on at VS. I didn't care for them, but found one at JC Penney I kind of liked. I bought one to try it out. Thanks!

  • I paid $6500 and it was worth every penny. I also got a thigh lift, which, again, cost a lot, but worth every penny.

  • I absolutely love my small boobs! I used to be a 42DDD. After losing my weight I went down to a 34C. My "new" boobies were well worth the money. My husband keeps laughing at me because I can't stop looking at them and being amazed by the fact that they just stay up (no sag) on their own.

  • I have sports bras for now, but I'm getting to the point where I'm cleared to wear "regular" bras. Sports bras don't really fit appropriately under my work blouses. I was just looking for suggestions so I don't have to spend hours trying to find some I like. Thanks

  • I recently had surgery (July 13) and still can't workout for another two weeks and even then it's light exercise. I only took my pain pills for a few days though. Since I can't workout and really haven't even been able to safely walk around my house until this week, I've been super careful with what I've been eating. I…
  • When I started, I was 275-ish and wore a 24w. I'm 5'7.
  • I've lost about 140lbs. It took me about a year and a half to lose the vast majority of my weight. When I started I weighed about 275. At that point, there was no thought in my mind that I could ever lose 140lbs. My first goal was 5 pounds. When the scale showed 270, based on my reaction, you would have thought I won the…
  • I'm not sure what to tell you to do to get your boobs smaller. I just wanted to say be careful what you wish for. I was a 42DDD. After losing 140 lbs, I'm now a 34C with saggy boobs I can literally roll up. I'm actually having a breast lift tomorrow to fix this issue. Good luck!
  • I had a hysterectomy two years ago, at the age of 34. I still have my ovaries. Maybe the hormones (or lack of) make a difference because I've since lost about 140 pounds. Make sure you're weighing all your food. It really does make a difference. Log everything and don't give up.
  • Yes! It's great when you're with someone that loves you no matter what size you are. My "hottie" husband has loved me through many sizes. I can't even tell you how many times people have assumed that I didn't meet my husband until after I lost 140 pounds. When I tell them I was fat when we met and at my heaviest, about 275…
  • I was obese pretty much my entire life. I carried a lot of my weight in my upper legs. My highest weight was 280-ish, a little over two years ago. I'm now maintaining at 130-ish. I have very little loose skin on my stomach and arms. However, my breasts and thighs are a completely different story. With clothes on, the extra…
  • I actually just told my husband on Saturday that I was starting to get what I call "Madonna" hands. They are becoming very veiny and creepy looking. My armpit has turned into the never ending pit of darkness. It's like it caved in or something.
  • I can understand this. I once broke up with a guy because he was deathly allergic to peanuts and I couldn't possibly see myself going without peanut butter (ok, at the time I was specifically thinking peanut butter cups) for the rest of my life.
  • I don't live in the New England area so I can't help you too much. Just wanted to add two comments. Yesterday I completed the Inflatable 5k in my city. It was so much fun! It was raining so everything was muddy and gross, but kind have mad it more fun. Also, when I'm looking for runs, I just Google "fun runs in ----". I…
  • When I started, I weighed almost 300 pounds. I'm currently maintaining at 135. There are days where I feel fat. There are also parts of my body that still have a lot of fat on them. So even though I'm average/thin, I wasn't always and I still have "fat" I'm working on. You never really know a person's story.
  • I've lost half my body weight. I'm 5'7. I started at 270 and have been maintaining at 135. I have a little bit of saggy skin on my stomach and arms, but it's really not noticeable, even when naked. My upper legs and breasts are a different story. I always had huge upper legs. So, I do have a lot of saggy leg skin; however,…
  • Nope, she's just mean. A couple weeks ago she called me to compliment me on my weight loss by telling she was looking at my wedding pictures and couldn't believe how fat I was back then.
  • The only food I've completely given up is Lucky Charms. I have lots of self control, but lose it all when it comes to Lucky Charms. If given the opportunity, I could easily eat an entire box in one sitting. So, just to be safe, no more Lucky Charms. Everything else I still eat in moderation.
  • My mother is the worse. Whenever I eat a meal with her, at home or out, she feels the need to very loudly talk about how I'm on a "diet". Her comments include: you better be careful, you're on a diet; that's not diet food; you're gonna gain your weight back if you stop eating your diet food; better enjoy this real food…
  • [quote="oolou;35678703" You look amazing and your pictures are inspiring. Well done you! May I ask in what way you've found different treatment now you have lost weight? [/quote] I didn't think people were rude to me before I lost weight, but now people are just so much nicer to me. Sales people actually approach me.…
