Hi Meg! I do the same thing, however I am using a Trainer. I've done some sort of strength traing all my life, but I need the motivation. Good luck in acheiving your goals!

A good trainer. And I emphasize 'good'. Get references. Most quality trainers know a lot about nutrition and will incorporate that info into your program. Thats what I'm doing and its working well so far.

I generally eat junk food if I'm 'down' about something or in a hurry to get to a meeting, etc. So it becomes an easy substitute for healthy and functional nutrition.

I love cottage cheese. I drizzle raw honey over it and sprinkle cinnamon on it. Makes a great snack to kill the late night cereal cravings. B)
