Mother of five looking for encouragement and motivation. I have taken the first step to a healthy future, just acknowledging I need to be more active and healthy. Now I need to ensure I can implement it and be consistent! I am seeking encouragement and motivation, if your happy to share your progress and help me along my journey I would equally love to do the same for you! I attend my local gym minimum 2 days a week and I tend to work out for about 3 hours each time with a mixture of cardio and strength exercises. I am prone to fluctuation. I'll loose the weight and then relax and gain it again, once I'm in the relaxation mode it's a real challenge to get going again! I really would like to shift the weight, tone up and be able to maintain it. Please feel free to add me as your friend if you can relate. I have the will and energy to battle through and would love to make some new friends.

  • Hi, I am in the same boat as you. I get in great shape and then I let it all go and have to start over again. It's a horrible cycle.
