For those asking how long do I run and where, I am situated in Dubai, U.A.E. and I tend to run early mornings (5am to 6am) for about 4 Miles. It has been 2 weeks now I have successfully managed not to touch Soda! Well I suppose that's one way to put it, though there are elements other than caffeiene that can give a boost of energy as well albeit weaker in effect.
