Damaged Knee Miniscus - What are some good leg workouts?
So I had my meniscus torn back in Nov. 2012 and to this day I get these occasional "Locking Episodes in my Knee's" What could be some good leg workouts I could employ in such instances??

How do you carry water during your runs?
I tend to get really thirsty during runs and can down around a liter of water. Usually I would wear a small bag pack to carry around that water or else just a large bottle in hand (There are no public water fountains to drink from) Is there any other way to carry around the water which is not to obvious?

I need some good Salad ideas (Prefferably with instructions) for late night cravings.

I cannot seem to give up Soda, where do I even begin?
