I've used my protein and the protein works in the past - both pretty good IMO & you can usually find discounts if you look for them  they have a ton of options on there!

I soak 10g of oats, 20g of chia seeds & 50g of frozen berries in 150g greek yogurt overnight (with about 20ml of milk / water just so it's a bit easier to mix), then take out in the morning, top with a few more berries and about 10g of peanut butter - amazing! :)

I used to have a wii fit, which was activities like hula hoop etc. where you were doing (all be it minimal) movement... if you're talking about things like tennis, I don't think you'd really class it as exercise as from my experience, it's literally just waving your arms about (no running side to side)!

Tortilla wrap pizza is my favourite - I keep mine in the freezer! I take one out then, spread with tomatoe puree then top with onions, tomatoes, mushrooms - anything I have in the house, add a little parmesan and few herbs - pop in the over for 5 minutes & top with rocket! Amazing and about 300 - 400 cals

i do 45g of oats, half a banana mashed up, 10g of chia seeds and 200ml of lacto free milk, then pop a handful of blueberries on top in the morning! :)

tesco sell hazelnut milk too apparently - I need to find some of that! :D

I really like soya milk too, only the unsweetened one and I like that with cereal (or in a hot chocolate!). I also like the flavoured ones (I tend to stick with the Alpro ones if/when I have them!) I guess your other choices are things like oat milk, almond milk, goat milk or coconut milk. Not a massive fan of coconut milk…

I love it - this is one of my favourites - scorched tomatoes and zucchini noodles :) I don't always find them filling alone, hence the garlic bread, but you can do what ever works for you I guess :) Ps. Sorry for the screen shot - I must have deleted the original :(
-
I do (have been since March last year) :) What are you doubting about it?

ditto... they're the one thing I have no will power over! i found a 69 cal bag of jelly babies the other day, it's incredibly sad how happy it made me haha :)

stop buying them (as in don't keep them in the house / your desk etc.) & try and have another snack on hand for if you're hungry if you want to stop completely :) otherwise just fit them in your goals for the day! I don't tend to eat sweets when i'm hungry, just because I want them, so stopping buying them was enough for…

chia seed pudding is great - i blend one banana, about 100ml of milk and a couple of grams of cacao powder, then soak about tbsp of them in the liquid overnight in the fridge, then serve with frozen berries in the morning :) if you look on places like pintrest, there's millions of recopies :)

I'm from the UK too - always happy to have active friends :)

I loved level 1, but I'm hating level 2! Last day tomorrow before moving on to 3 - can't wait (hopefully I like it more!). What are your plans for once you've finished level 3?!
-
I'm just about to finish level 2 if that's any use :)
-
totally agree - easiest way for me :) I have a fitbit which i sync up, and use mapmyrun to sync up my running (to both fitbit and mfp) - i try to eat half of these cals back and most days I end up eating between 1500 - 1800 cals which is really doable! :)

I'm from Cambridge - lost just over 30lb & have an open diary for friends :)

https://www.fitbit.com/user/2FB5HF :) I use the flex (goes round your wrist) & I really like it! Simple to use etc. Only thing is, if your arm isn't moving (pushing a trolley for example), then your steps aren't being counted. I'm a lot more aware of how little I was moving now & it's really helped me to make a conscious…

I eat a lot of nuts / seeds (make sure you weigh them out rather than just tucking into the packet!), fruit rolls/fruit leather, carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, apple & pb and popcorn. I drink a lot of water / tea as well which I think helps! I try keep a jar of low cal hot chocolate (i like the options one -…

I cant help much in terms of how you're going to look once you loose weight, but have you thought about maybe trying to swap clothes? That way you can get rid of what doesn't fit for stuff that will (even if only for a while & you can swap / sell it on after that anyway!) & it will only have a minimal cost :)

I have a similar problem in terms of living at home and having meals cooked for me (which is both a blessing in terms of time, but a curse in terms of calories!). I started cooking all my own meals which was a complete pain in terms of eating together, made double the mess etc. so I basically now eat whatever everyone else…

need some focus! :)

What a great idea :)!
