Hey, I want to lose about 60lbs. I'm 5'1 and 25y/o. Watching what I eat hasn't been enough for me, so as of 02/17 I started at YouFit. Feel free to add me  Good luck on your journey!

Mine always hit on the left side.

I'm 25-5'1 189lbs and wear a us juniors 15 curvy. Regular 15 is too small. Tops depending on the fit, it juniors large or women's medium

My trainer suggested I eat between 1500 and 1700 when I work out and I'm 5'1. I just started so idk how well it will work for me

I have one and I like it. I cross measures your heart rate, size, and movement to calculate your calories burned during the day

I use the fitbit HR and love it. I don't wear it after I shower at night until I wake up the next morning so I don't track my sleep/ times I wake up and are moving around. However, it gives me a little wiggle room on how many calories I can eat a day because it is tracking everything, including heart rate. If you are…

I work 5 days a week at a computer. My coworker has got me doing a 10-20 minute power walk on our half hour lunch break. It keeps me from over eating our regularly catered lunches and gives me a break from sitting almost 8 hours. Now, she also has me standing part of the day and doing side leg lifts, donkey kicks, and sumo…

If you eat tuna: take 1 hardboiled egg, 1 tbsp. mayo and 1 can of tuna. Mix the egg yolk with the mayo and cut the egg white up. Then mix in the egg white and tuna. Half is 125 calories and it fills me up.

I have the charge HR and I love it. My phone doesn't sync with it because it's a windows phone, however the band syncs well with MFP. My mom uses the flex and the two big differences is the flex doesn't track your heart rate and you don't have a screen on the band to readily check your steps. It is definitely a great…

Thank you, I kinda figured I was doing it wrong.

I have had the same issues. My doctor found I have iron- deficiency anemia which was making me tired. However, I have found that when I start gaining weight again, I get the same lag, like hitting a wall I can't climb over at around 3-4pm on work days, earlier on weekends. But when I get back in the routine of loosing…

I know the feeling of hubby being no help. I've gained back the 20 pounds I had lost for our wedding in the almost 4 months we've been married. It's hard to get him on board. I have found just altering slightly what you have versus what he has can make a lot of difference. For example: last night, he wanted chicken wraps…

I'm back to having 48 pounds to loose! I was doing so well for a while. Work and hubby are what's killing me. We have lunches every day at work (I need to learn to just eat the salad) and then hubby cooks very fattening foods =(

I have that issue with my husband. He is with me for wanting to loose weight and look less "flabby", however, he doesn't think I eat enough. Also, he doesn't monitor what he puts into each meal so dinner can easily become 700-1000 calories before anyone realizes it.

I drink a lot of diet Dr. Pepper or other diet sodas when that isn't available and diet teas. It's the sodium content that is bad.

I am overweight and have been for a long time... Since I was around 14y/o. However, I am trying to clean up my diet and I already supplement in junk food to my diet to get closer to my plans. I usually eat 2 meals a day and a few smaller snack meals because I am just not as hungry as I used to be.

The atkins diet is great in the losing weight fast. But you have to find your balance as you come off of it. I did atkins for a while but came off too quickly and gained most of my weight back. I can't bring myself to go back as I am a carb addict and a food addict. However, I am starting to follow the Hungry Girl Diet…

That makes sense

Thank you. I don't want them huge, I'm a 36C right now. I don't want to become smaller than 32B. I kinda like them where they are now :/

Count anything and everything that has calories, especially if you are trying to lose weight. I have found for me that every little bit counts!

I try not to because I read an article stating most people tend to underestimate calories eaten and overestimate calories burned. The only exercise calories I count on MPF are what my fitbit calculates. I try to keep myself in a deficit with that and not eat back those calories. However, if I go over my 1200 calorie goal…

I do both. I have breakfast, a small mid morning snack, lunch, small early afternoon snack, late afternoon snack, and dinner. But I also watch my calories. I feel more full doing it this way and I do better with keeping to my calorie counting than when I was eating 3 meals a day with 1-2 snacks. But my day starts a 6 when…

I have been trying to calorie count since November and mostly am doing good during the week. But like you, I try to stuff my face during the weekend. I have 10 pounds at this point to lose. I will, however, tell you: it gets better! My stomach is definitely shrinking. We went out for a late meal last night -I did not log…

I agree that no one told me it would take your self image to catch up to your actual image. I had lost 45 pounds and still saw myself with that 45lb for a long time. 2. what has worked in the past for you, may not work for you now. 3. what has worked for someone else may not work for you.

I'm 166. I'm shooting for 155 for my wedding in July (136 days) and then 125- 130 after that. I looked good but slightly over weight at 150 in the past. I'm 5'1"

I did atkins a few years ago and lost about 45 pounds (gained a lot back about a year after) but now I can't seem to go back to it. I love my carbs too much :( but feel free to add me. I would love to see how it works for you!

Right now, 17. I was originally at 20, but was up and down for about two weeks and back on the down. Strict calorie counting for me

My fiancé thinks its a little weird because he can eat just about whatever he wants and maintain his weight. I stray a little and gain 3 pounds. I do eyeball some things, but I'm trying not to. He likes to make dinner and I ask him to keep everything separate so I can measure and it usually doesn't work out.
