Hello. I just found the challenge and I would definitely like to join in. Monday is my weigh-in day (hoping it will keep my dedication up over the weekend). I agree with dragonwolf on the method for re-heating. I hate microwaved chicken. I recently bought a George Forman and grill my meat and fish in the morning while I dress, so it can be fresh. I am doing a paleo challenge now, 30 days, to try to get myself back on track. The grains are the hardest part for me, I like bread, oatmeal, and popcorn.

thank you ortega. I was kind of hoping for recipes people have tried personally. I have googled a few blogs adn never know if the recipe will actually taste good. Especially with the breakfast and the dessert since the mix of ingredients is not my usual. Is there a site that includes user ratings and paleo recepies?

I am having a hard time sticking to 1200 calories as well. Usually land around the 1400 calorie mark. at 1200 calories, I am super hungry. I have not done soups yet, so I will definitely try adding those.
