Give in to your cravings every now and then but in moderation. Try to eat as natural of foods as possible too. :) Also like another poster said BREASTFEED afterwords. I also have that dreaded overhang from a c-section. My doctor pretty much told me "yeah, that's not going away. I still have mine" and shes like a size 0 and 90lbs. lol Other moms have said the only way to get rid of it is a plastic surgeon.
