I listen to Ben Coomber, Fit Girl, Half Size Me, Precision Nutrition, Geek Fit... I think that's the main ones? Most of them have a good back catalogue too, should keep you going for a while!

Interestingly in the last year or so I've had several friends who've had significant success with Slimming World. Seems to be more 'educational' than WW, therefore sustainable. That's interesting, and seems to hold true. I'm in the UK and mainly wear size 10. I use www.sizes.darkgreener.com to check the likely best fit for me in UK shops, and when I change to the US on that site it shows my measurements as being a size 2 in most of the shops. Now fair enough I'm probably getting towards an 8/10…

I love my aeropress. Cheap as, but a brilliant cup of coffee every time (long as the beans are good anyhow). I like the inverted method of using it. People can get very nerdy about them - Google aeropress world championships ;)

Before is passport photo from 2005. The other was just the other day on my birthday. Only 30lb ish difference - but apparently I don t have a round face at all ;-)

I have PCOS and seem to have a tipping point around 160lb - above that my periods go haywire. Since dropping to nearer 140lb I've got the closest to a regular cycle I've ever had. We'll all have different trigger points, but yes - losing weight is likely to alleviate symptoms.

I love mine. I have the Charge HR as I'd received a small bonus from work. Since wearing it and syncing with MFP I've lost 11lb that has been hanging around for a year or more.
