Rockmyrun is great for cardio. You pick the genre and Bpm and djs have put together playlists of different lengths. The ones that are shorter than an hour are free.

I agree with hotasfire36. I think circuit training would we the correct way to log 30ds. May not be lifting but I think it still great plus if you enjoy it then why not.

I am 37 with a 9 and 7 year old. I am wanting to reach my goal weight by my next bday in the summer.

These posts are very encouraging. I love lifting but always feel i need to devote more of my time to cardio- obviously not. Hardest part about lifting though is figuring out exactly what to do.

Just started yesterday. I have two kids (9 and 7) and work full time . I try to get in my workouts in the evening after they are in bed. Would love support too. Feel free to add me :)

What is your fitbit step goal. Just starting mfp (again) and have been using a fitbit. Seem to do fine during the week but have trouble meeting goal on weekend.
