Full fat. For me, tastes better and is more satisfying so I eat less. Low fat greek yoghurt is the ultimate disappointment.

I could not 'find' time to exercise, I had to make it an unavoidable part of my day. Instead of getting a bus/tube to work; I now walk to a tube 1 stop out from my nearest one (3.3k) and walk or run home from that, or next one out (4k). I'm building up to the next one out (5.7k). Whatever works for you but for me. Daily. My fitbit is linked to my MFP account, Fitbit app shows the trend line through all the bouncing around. It reassures me that sometimes my weight goes up, sometimes down, but over the long term it's heading broadly in the right direction.
