People who can't forgive their relatives for an imagined or real insult. Especially mothers and fathers who won't forgive their own children or disown them, or on the other hand, children who won't forgive their parents. How those people can live with such gnawing anger and animosity is just beyond my understanding.

I just had Alpina Greek Authentically Strained nonfat yogurt and it's not great. Yogurt tasted off, not spoiled but didn't have the tartness I expect from a Greek yogurt and it was rather watery.

I think you should add some seasoning like celery salt or maybe Mrs. Dash. I'd suggest a tomato sauce to go on top of the stuffed peppers to give it color, flavor and moisture so they don't dry out. Or you could pre-cook the unstuffed peppers and then add the stuffing. That way the stuffing mix won't dry out.

I use a Weight Watchers digital scale, about $20 at Kmart. It keeps track of my starting weight, weight I've lost or gained, and my goal weight. It's very accurate, lightweight and slim.

I am doing a free 30 day trial of Daily Burn. I am using the True Beginner program and I really like it. Once my free trial is up I think I'm going to cancel it though (it's $10 a month) and try fitnessblender or some free YouTube programs.
