  • Look how much tinier you are! You look more confident too. Great work :D
  • You look incredible! Awesome work. You have a really great, athletic looking figure in that pic! Also, your brows are so on point! Haha
  • Personally, those cravings don't go away for me :/ I just make sure I have 200-300 calories left over after dinner for something sweet.
  • Haha yogurt or oatmeal sounds healthier than my candy bar. But yes, I've found that having no calories left after dinner for a snack just intensifies cravings because I know I'm not allowed to have anything.
  • I try to eat 1200 calories most days. My diary is open, but just to outline a typical day for me: Breakfast: 3/4c 2% plain greek yogurt 140g strawberries Lunch: 2 reduced fat string cheese wrapped in 2 slices ham 1 1/3 c green beans 2 hard boiled eggs Dinner: 4 oz salmon 150 g broccoli Snack: snickers bar

Some days I eat 1400, but I don't sweat…

I prep a casserole to eat for dinner during the week, and a quiche to eat for breakfast. Lunch is an assortment of meat, cheese, nuts and veggies. I change up the veggies and snacks I eat…
  • I'm also doing low carb, high fat. The biggest benefit of it is really that it keeps you full and satiated longer. The hardest part of dieting is being hungry. I did basic calorie counting without carb restriction before, and it does work but it's a lot harder, because you inevitably end up hungry. Or at least I did. LCHF…
