Personally, those cravings don't go away for me :/ I just make sure I have 200-300 calories left over after dinner for something sweet.

Haha yogurt or oatmeal sounds healthier than my candy bar. But yes, I've found that having no calories left after dinner for a snack just intensifies cravings because I know I'm not allowed to have anything.

I try to eat 1200 calories most days. I'm also doing low carb, high fat. The biggest benefit of it is really that it keeps you full and satiated longer. The hardest part of dieting is being hungry.
