or you could just not be lazy and google it

Depends on you and your goals. I do 45 min max, 30 min minimum, 0 on my highest carb day. Unless I'm cutting in which case it's 45min/day

Do you even?

^What arditarose and liveforthewilderness said. You can't spot reduce, body fat is stored throughout the body. Cardio first vs last would be up to the person, personally I like doing it after

I don't think it matters if you're doing them for 10 minutes. When you actually work the muscle groups it's advised giving them 24 hours rest before working them again

1480? Per meal maybe

There is no secret to success. You only get out of it what you put in. Cooking food and staying on a meal plan is a huge help, the gym also helps. Don't rely on an easy answer or a quick fix. Do the *kitten* work and earn it

Yes. Workout as well.

Just..stop. You're giving people terrible advice and if they listen to you they're going to develop bad habits

not required but smarter. just counting calories is ignorant, if you had 2 meals that were 600 calories one could be healthy and the other could be nothing but sugar and fat
-
???? You are aware macros are what make up calories? if you wan't to get them "perfect" just track what you eat. When i'm tracking i get mine as close to spot on as i can (+/- 10 calories). You just need to figure out what is what; jasmine rice is 0 fat, very low protein, and high in carbs. cheeses are (typically) very…

Define too much?

In all honesty, only weak men are intimidated by strong women. Personally I think muscle tone on women is hot, i'm a sucker for a nice back

Don't be concerned with the number on the scale, your weight will fluctuate (sometimes 5-10lbs throughout the day)
-
Could be a little bit of both. To be honest, the MFP guided calorie thing is crap. It's not accurate and doesn't take into account a lot of factors. If you're looking to shed weight you'll want to do workouts that keep your heart rate up for 30-60 minutes. Low carb/carb cycling has been a proven method since the 70's.…

take a nap and/or take a good preworkout. anything with beta alanine in it will make you itching to get to the gym
-
Definitely not. if your under that many calories and you try to catch up so to speak, that means one day is going to have 3800 calories more than the rest of the week. BTW the my fitness pal guided set-up is crap, especially with lifting and HIIT thrown in the mix you'll just have to find which macros work for you

Seems like way too little. You should probably double everything you have listed there *80f/250c/250p

isn't being fat the worst thing about being fat?

close enough. Except IT nerd would be the last one

You're welcome! I'm not saying do what I say, or only one thing works. not sure what a butterfly tattoo has to do with it but, whatever floats your boat

I don't know about anyone else but, I typically stick to foods that only need to be reheated and not prepared. Tacos sounds like it'd get soggy and gross after the microwave. chicken, beef, rice, veggies, oatmeal, eggs, stuff like that. If all else fails tell him to make his own and stop being so picky

On facebook and Instagram they call it "following". Totally legal

by ideal protein, do you mean eating all the protein?
