Losing weight Help?

I need to lose 8-10 pounds to fit into my new dress. I've lost 1 pound in 4 days already, (my calorie limit is set at 1600) but I'm having trouble losing more. Any tips/advice to help keep losing?? Thanks :)

    Log everything you consume. Use a food scale. And have patience. One pound in four days is excellent, and with as little as you have to lose you shouldn't expect anything faster.

    It's gonna take more time. 10 or more weeks at least at a pound a week. YMMV

    It takes more than 4 days. With so little to lose, you can expect a half a pound a week.
