My NSV was being told by a good friend at church that her and another mutual friend had an entire conversation about how much smaller I look! I'll take it and BTW, the scale is not showing that. Just another nail in the coffin of letting the scale dictate your progress!

In addition to the thermostat, it could be a water pump. The worst is if you keep driving that way, depending on the car, you'll probably damage the head gasket and that's a money suck!

I've been maintaining weight and strength pretty good with LC (75-100g), but I want to shed some bf by my b-day in august. So my goals for this month (and next frankly). 1. 50g carb max (back to basics!) 2. workout 2x week on the road & 4x week at home.

Great post! There is always an issue when someone projects what works for them onto others. Everyone needs to find there own path down the road. The basics are there, 20g or less carbs, protein for LBM and fat to fill in the gap. Also, I'm one that has to track intake or I will steadily gain regardless of way of eating.

I hit an all time deadlift PR of 505x2! I've only deadlifted 500lbs once before in my life and last night I pulled 505lbs for a double!

@anbastin When you consider 1g of fat is worth twice as many calories as 1g of protein then that makes sense. That being said, I do believe that the protein recommendation is a bit high. At 108lbs (49kg), your protein goal should be roughly 50-75g max.

My advice would be to steer clear of the refeeds for now and just scale your training volume when needed. Like the above post, I'll bleed diet dew if I'm stabbed and I have gained and lost. It is personal though. Keep that in the forefront of your mind while you introduce them and see how they affect you personally!
