OK, I just wanted to make sure your iPhone wasn't counting steps during your workout, as if it was tracking while at the gym and some of those 9000 steps were during the time of your workout, that could have explained the low adjustment.
-
I'm confused, if you went through the effort of washing it to get rid of salt, why did you then salt it both sides?
-
Are some of those steps also from the gym workout?

Yum!

As discussed above, this is not a universal experience and probably depends on many factors, including where you live and the individual medical professionals you interact with. My experience in the UK is not this, and I have always been called back and listened to. I really think it's possible the individual person who…

Eat what you are able to eat, just more of it, or more frequently. No need to pick or eliminate special foods for weight management, so work with the foods you can tolerate.
-
Just keep losing weight. You cannot choose where you lose fat from first.
-
I saw that, but why? If you are already losing weight too quickly and are considering adding an additional 1-2 small meals to your day, what is the reason for using the shake instead of a nornal meal?
-
Could you drop the meal replacement shake and instead eat actual food for dinner?

What they said ^^

Are you @bandandn and also @nadinebanda3048?
-
@trulyhealy have you tried calling them back?

I didn't disagree, but just chiming in to say in 20 years in the UK I was never unable to book an appointment if I called to make one or not contacted when I should have been. However it has indeed gotten more difficult during covid, and I fully agree we don't have the concept of annual physicals, which I think is great in…

This does not sound healthy, 1250 or less while exercising is too little.

What got you motivated last time? You don't need to go to a gym to lose weight, focussing on reducing the calories you eat is enough. Or get outside for a walk in the fresh air for exercise, or do something else you enjoy. It doesn't have to be a slog!

Your question was already answered above . See sijomial's reply.
-
If you do that, just make sure you don't add any additional workout calories from a Fitbit or other tracker as you have already factored those into your TDEE.
-
Me too! No rinsing here and no issues.

Edited because I was being mean, sorry. I just see the same poster asking the same questions over and over and over again and seemingly not listening to any of the good and helpful answers given. I'm out for all your posts. Good luck.

Actually they're cheap and quite easy to find, in most supermarkets for example.

Someone disagreed on when I personally use paper plates and my observation that washing uses water? Lol, ok.
-
I only use real crockery and cutlery (plastic washable if taking a packed lunch), including in the microwave and to dish out takeaway food. Often, I wash dishes after every meal. Paper and disposable items for me would be exclusively for a picnic setting or something like a kid's birthday party. Otherwise I would…

That's a really good idea, do you have any neighbours you could team up with? Bonus for you and it means your dog won't only get a walk 2 days a week, so win win! If your dog isn't walking Monday-Friday, how is she getting exercise those days, in a garden? Maybe you can join her and do some garden exercise too for your…

Genuinely curious because I don't really eat at either - why is Burger King preferred and McDonald's so far down your list? Is there a difference between the two? I've always assumed they are roughly the same, but perhaps not.

Maintenance calories = maintain weight, so you can't gain weight at maintenance. As mentioned above, you need 3500 calories above maintenance to gain 1lb, so perhaps your slight surplus is too "slight. More calorie dense foods like oils, butter, cheese, nuts etc. may help. Bottom line, you need to eat more or reduce…

Yes, you didn't give your height and weight but unless you are tiny, it's likely too low for your activity level! Edited to clarify

My understanding was that Germany will stop offering free rapid tests to everyone in a bid to encourage wider vaccination. The logic is, I thought, that by October everyone would have the possibility to be vaccinated so after that point, those who voluntarily choose not to get the vaccine will need to pay for tests when a…

Maybe if I ask over and over and over again, the answer will be different eventually...
