I have a fitbit.. and my steps average from 11k - 15k a day... so im fairly active. ( i think)

I almost don't want to post this but I think it's good to be accountable and also maybe it will be helpful for some other moms to see that some people just gain a lot of weight in pregnancy despite tracking calories and exercising. I was the same way with my pregnancies. Meat made me gag. And so did eggs in the beginning. I was only able to eat grilled chicken when i was out and i didn't see it get prepared.

I've been gaining 1.5-2 lbs a week. :((((( 24 weeks and 3 days and am up 23 lbs. This is getting depressing.

I had a hard time with girl names too. But we landed on Saphira. Means beauty. It's unique and different. But nothing crazy like rainbow. Am pregnant with our 4th baby but leaving the gender a surprise. For a girl name we are considering Kate. Some other girl names were Audrina, Juilliana, Deliyana, Katyln, Kalyla.

20 weeks and 3 days and I'm 15lbs up. Slacking in the excerise department. I feel my thighs growing by the day. Only part of gaining weight that really bothers me the most during pregnancy. I love being pregnant otherwise.

With my first baby at 17 weeks the technician guessed it was a girl. Baby was not in a good position to show true identity. Thanks. I started in 150s. And 5'5 . So i dnt want to go over 30lb gain. Need to get more excerise in to balance it out.

I am rapidly gaining :( i haven't been consitant with my walking. Up 10 lbs at 17 weeks 3days. Am hoping the last 3 lbs is just water weight lol and will to away by next docs apt.

I'm due end of july with my 4th. am already up 5lbs at 9.5weeks. starting weight was 155 at 5'5. I'm finally past the morning sickness. but packing on the pounds by the week. Am trying to walk 2 miles few times a week. hoping the weight gain slows down. I'd really like to stay under 30 lb gain

Hi ladies! joining your July group. I'm due July 30th with my 4th. I used this group when I was pregnant w the my 3rd child. and it was great. my first pregnancy i gained 65lbs, my 2nd 45lbs and my 3rd 35lbs. Hoping i can stay between 30-35lbs this time

Same here. I feel like i worked so hard to not see any results. So i just gave up. Last month i worked out at the gym. Lost nothing. Starting insanity today and switching off w running outdoor.

Very similar goals. I got down to 150 and slowly started gaining few kbs back. Am ready to get rid of it. No more cheating.

Thank you I really appriciate your feedback!!! I will try to log on my cheat days to see how much I'm consuming. Yes I am working out about 5x week. I am doing month 1 of Insanity now. and started the gym as well. i try to do about 1 hour of different strength machines and cardio.

I had mine for about 2 months and am not really impressed. Likes- the motivation of walking more so i meet 10,000 + steps.. monitors my sleep. Which had helped me learn am up a lot at night. Dislikes - cant see much info on watch besides the 5 little lights. always have to check phone for progress of steps.i dont think the…

I have the flex but definitely think to move up to something better w more options. It is good motivation to get moving more.

I did lower calories. Wasn't moving much.. trying to find the right balance would be nice. I tend to go one extreme to the next.
