 This week was the start of my final exams so I have spent a lot of time studying, my birthday was on Tuesday so my husband and I went out to eat and to the movies, and my son (whose 5th birthday is on Monday) is starting T-ball so I took him there three times this week. I haven't had much time to log and exercise so my first log in might not be fantastic.
 Super excited to be here though! I love challenges.

 I've been way more active, gardening and taking kids on walks. continued jog but ended up in the e.r. with orders for no strenuous activity which will make my goals difficult. Food for me is a major weakness. While I eat very clean, I can't stop when I've had enough. I also eat for boredom. So saying no to cravings will be a challenge. I feel if I had some girl friends this would be an easier journey. But I'm determined to be healthy for God, family and myself. I know 120 isn't a bad weight, it's just that the weight itself is mostly fat and not a lot of muscle. I want to be stronger and healthier.
