    Successes/struggles --I am really good with my portions at the cafeteria at work at lunch time but bad in the evenings and weekends when I am home. I am going to change one habit at a time. In May I am going to work on my evening habits and watching my portion sizes. Measuring everything out, using smaller dishes (to trick my mind) and drinking a glass of water before giving in to a craving

    I'm new to this (20 days in) so this will be my first challenge! Started out at 216.1 lbs and this morning was a loverly 208.8!!! This sounds like wonderful motivation!!! Thanks!

    Hie does it work?

    For those of you wondering how this works:

    First, you'll copy the "Here goes" portion of Post #1 in the thread.
    Paste it into a new Reply, and fill out the info as appropriate (Name, height, weight info. Don't forget to change to the dates you plan to weigh-in, as well!).
    Post your reply.

    Since there is no way to bookmark a particular post, it can be difficult (as the challenge progresses) to find your previous replies. Thus, I recommend copying your response to a Word Doc or something on your computer - Then you can just make changes there, and copy/paste into the thread.

    Each week, after you hit the scale, you'll repeat the process to update your challenge.
    Don't forget to think about your struggles and successes!

    Don't forget to follow the thread (click on the little star) to find it again.
    Choose a goal that's achievable with some effort - and think about how you're going to get there.
    And, if you can, read others' responses: There can be some great tips and familiar-sounding struggles!
