First, change your language. Don't own it my calling it "my weight". Next, examine your habits and then decide it's time to change your habits. It's your daily habits that will help you shed the unwanted weight. What are you doing on a daily basis that is contributing to more weight gain?

I agree. I have cut out sugar before for long periods of time, even most fruits (still consumed berries or sour Granny Smith apples). But now I just stay within my daily calories goal and eat well for the most part, with a bit of sugar like a teaspoon of sugar in my tea, or I'll have a small magnum bar once in a while. For…

Key is consistency and getting back on plan as soon as possible whenever one strays. MFP really helps!
