It actually is a guideline at my gym - I mean, there are signs, obviously it can't really be enforced that strictly. I don't wear perfume often but when I go to the gym straight from work I'm sure I reek of coffee.

I eat 45% carbs. Usually between 250-350g a day. If I eat low carb I find I'm tired and have no energy. I haven't had any problem feeling full, I feel satisfied most of the time.

I've always hated the texture of mushrooms but love the flavour they add when I cook. So I just dice them and add them to things...stews, chili, meatloaf, sauce..etc.

Buy a huge bag of oats...less than 5 bucks. Add whatever you like to it..berries, nuts, banana, peanut butter, raisins, cinnamon...etc. Save yourself 500 bucks.

I love both. Like everyone else said, I usually eat asparagus more in the spring when it tastes the best. Brussel sprouts are another favourite. You're not going to really go wrong with vegetables...try them all. I like broccoli but if I ate it everyday I'd start to hate it for sure.

I do not own a microwave...not because I think they are bad, I just have no counter space :( So I do not really meal prep like making whole meals in advance...but I pre chop my veggies or cook chicken breast for the week for salads or wraps. Just do whatever works for you, meal prepping is not a must.

You weigh with containers instead of a scale....I would be packing so much into those containers, just cramming in like 6 servings while happily pretending it is one. I need to weigh...the scale does not lie.

I use flavoured creamer in my coffee at home. Sometimes I use up to 200 calories of it. Not even a little bit sorry.

My calorie goal is 2200 but I try to eat at 2000 during the week so that I have an extra 1000 calories for the weekend. It just makes my life much easier that way.
