My squats are very poor, low weight and wobbly knees but I found that when I went to a heavy weight (110kg) that my knees came inward to parallel for the push up. Is that ok?

It freaks me out that 1.5 glasses of protein shake I gulp down instantly is 400 cals, but a massive amount of oatmeal that takes forever to eat is only 100! It feels like there are hands pushing outward from inside my stomach.

I've also had weird results - I gained 1kg this last week. I thought maybe its just all that extra food sitting in my stomach. I really feel for you, I've also battled skinnyness. For the record I think you look good! Small meals are good! Just have lots of them. Maybe eat less boring food? More sushi! More chocolate and fast food! Popcorn!
