My breakfast for weekdays (prepped on Sundays) is vanilla yoghurt, stewed apple or tinned peaches and rolled oats. Add the oats to the wet ingredients once I'm at work and eat around 9.30am so I don't need a mid morning snack

I’ve just signed up for a WW account (for a clinical trial so free) but so far it seems complicated and apparently lean chicken breast is a ‘free food’ which seems weird. I need to spend some more time on the site but don’t like it much

Have you tried checking your measurements?

A steam iron will sometimes help if clothes have shrunk a little in the wash

I'm also in Hawke's Bay - just starting tracking again after being pretty slack last year (and the weight shows it)

Salads? if you have a cooler bag. Soups if you have a thermos

Are you eating any carbs? If not, try adding in a potato, gluten free rice, quinoa etc

My work runs two or three biggest loser comps a year - i dont join in because they have too many rules and tend to not decide on the winning criteria until the end as well has having unreliable scales for th eofficial weigh-ins. It also seems to be the same people participating every time, but is only a $20 entry fee.…

Spread with wholeseed mustard, wrap in bacon and bake - yum

I can only speak for myself but for me (as explained by my physio) shinsplints are caused by a couple of knots of muscle in my legs that sort of stop the impact of hitting the ground from being distributed properly - the solution is to not put my heels down while running, i.e. run on the front part of my foot. I would…

My GP switched me from a normal pill to a mini pill (progestogen-only) prescription when I hit 40. Since it's something I take for management of my cycle vs birthcontrol I wish I'd changed sooner - I'm much more comfortable each month. I'm reasonably sure that the government guidelines mandate a change due to rick factors…

I very rarely eat something savoury for breakfast and when I do its more of a brunch timewise. I usually have stewed apple with oats and yoghurt oroccasionally muesli with milk. It's my most carby meal of the day with dinner being the least amount of carbs (usually) - this structure seems to work best in terms of energy…

It didn't rain on the day! Yesterday poured though so lots of mud in between the grape vines

Thank you - I'll pack the jacket and warm clothes for the finish line and in the meantime hope for a bit of fine weather

One of the guys I work with says its good - but he's taking it along with a keto eating plan and has dropped a huge amount of weight this year. What interested me more is that he was using it to remove skin tags - wiping it on and they eventually disappeard

What are your stats? - 2000 calories may be close to your maintenance number irrespective of which foods make up the 2000. As well as following the above suggestions re protein etc you may just be eating too much to lose

Creamer isn't a thing here (most people use milk) but Moccona do a hazlenut flavoured instant coffee which is yum

On the app select the progress button. I think it defaults to a weight graph. On the top left (iphone) it gives the measurement being tracked on the graph which you can change my tapping on it. To add a new measurement click the + sign on the top right

This was posted on my DietBet page - I'm finding it very motivating

I'm 5'2" and started at 100kg so choosing 60kg as a goal put me at the upper range of a healthy BMI. Now aiming for 59kg (130lbs) so I'm in the 50's and then will decide if I want to go further. I'm currently just aiming at getting to "overweight" - 75kg and under

I have my diary set up for roughly the same time frames and it is open if you want to check. but for me I tend to eat the bulk of my meals before 1pm and don't usually snack in the afternoon

My diary is always open - bad choices and all

Vanilla almonds - 1measured serve doesn't look like much but very satisfying.

If you're using a prepared food (like yoghurt) there is always the possibility that the manufacturer has updated the nutrition info since the item was added to the database

Fish Curry! We had a shared offic with the microwave in one corner - the boss heated up his fish curry but being the only person with an office didn't have to smell it the reast of the day.

Is is lettuce based salads you don't like? I've gone completely off leaf based salads but am happy eating a coleslaw or mediterranean salad involving capsicum, tomatoes, cucumbers and olives (often with quinoa and lamb added)

Buy in season or frozen. In season fruit and veg will always be cheaper (and fresher) - for example, apple picking season is now in full swing here so a 3kg bag of apples is in the supermarket for around $2, by December the apples will be from a coolstore and around $7 -$9 for the same size bag and won't taste nearly as…

I'm in the office as well but a day at work still means at least 6000+ steps a day plus whatever exercise (walking, running or gym) I fit in outside of work. But if I'm having a lazy day at home I might only do 3000 so for MFP purposes I'm sedentary and top up my calories with the fitbit tracked burn

I set my goal at a weight that was in the higher end of a healthy BMI - 23.5 BMI or 59.5 kg (also to get under 60). I may change when I get closer
