Do you have any suggestions for an example of a balanced meal (vegetarian)?

I take gummy vitamins sporadically

I don't like most of those things...
-
I'm not sure how to do this because I live mainly on carbs (breads and pasta) so there's not a whole lot of variety...
-
I have and they basically said, if it was before meals I was hungry and if it was after, I ate too much. This makes no sense as it could happen (i'm hungry) and then I have a piece of bread and then keep happening (i ate too much)...so it just doesn't make sense. I'm eating anywhere from 1200-1600 calories a day

There can be many different reasons for weight loss. It could be that you are slightly dehydrated or that you decreased your salt, resulting in a loss of water weight. Also, there's always the possibility that you are under/over estimating with calories. That's what comes to mind right away for me

I could write this, it's so true for me. As for the cheerios, maybe add yogurt or something like that to them that you like?
-
I'm 5'4 and 105 lbs. I KNOW THIS IS UNDERWEIGHT. I am maintaining roughly doing whatever I want (I actually use this more to check my calories so I eat more then like 500...)
-
Thanks!
-
Thank you. This is exactly the type of example I needed :) My current plan looks like: carbs or nothing lol. Thank you so much!

I guess I could try some more foods but I also am picky about textures...I'm a vegetarian, too. Do you have any suggestions for good foods to try? (Not like tofu in texture though)
-
^SO TRUE! I have a small frame so I can be completely healthy at the lower limits and/or even slightly underweight (I just have to not eat so much junk and my weight will come down)
-
Do you have any suggestions for cooking classes? Just looking online?
-
Thank you. I guess the main thing is that I never plan what I'm gonna eat/not eat so it's a 'what's quick/easy?' thing
-
I think that's teaching too because I know some teachers here (USA) and their jobs are the same way. But I'm asking for retail jobs
-
I'm 5'4 and in the upper limits
-
Thanks for the pic with the protein sources. Some of those I've never even heard of, but I'll look up
-
Yea, bread, pasta, rice (although I've been trying to cut back unsuccessfully which has led to no bread/pasta for a few weeks, but instead donuts and cookies) I do eat fruits and veggies, but not many (I only really like green grapes apples, and carrots) I have seen a dietician and nutritionist and it doesn't work because…
-
I did, but it didn't seem like they knew my body really well. The amount they suggested for my maintaining made me gain actually
-
Yea, pretty much. But why would I gain weight while fixing this if my goal is to cut out the high days
-
I'm 19, 5'4 and wanna lose 15-20 lbs at least
-
Yea, pretty much. What's a good amount for me to start with? 1200? 1000? I've stated before I wanna lose 15-20, maybe more. I honestly have no idea where to even start...
-
It's been so long that I was balanced I honestly don't think I know what it looks like...Can you give me an example of a balanced meal/day/snack? That would be so, so helpful :)
-
I have tried to correct it by myself and need advice on how to do it. What I am doing is obviously not working
-
I like pretty much all carbs. I wanna lose 15-20 lbs, maybe more.
-
I know some want references, but I'm not sure since, as I said, my current job is my first one
-
I've been with this company for almost 6 months (since November 2014)
-
I'm 5'3/5'4 and my weight has been all over the place lately
-
I'm still deciding entirely. But probably somewhere between 20 and 30 lbs
