Ok. Thanks for the info. I'll look it up and see where it goes

I think I'll try that. Then I'll have options, but they'll be healthy. Thanks!

My family encourages me to eat it. Like, if I say 'no thanks' they just keep pressuring me or just plop it in front of me and keep going until I eat it. I can't workout around my family or anything like that. They won't let me

The only thing is that I live at home with my mom and sister. Both of them have no issues with junk food. Note I just say no issues loosely. They can overeat it and not care. So it keeps coming in the house. And then my moms say I've 'eaten nothing' if that's all I've had all day so I really don't know how to keep it out…

I do work and while I'm at school/work I don't tend to binge, but last time I went to school I did at lunch (literally I just had like fruit snacks and a candy bar and some other crap that I can't even remember)

What are good things to do instead of TV? I don't have my own transportation and it's freezing outside...

I see where you're coming from, but I literally can't stop myself when I start eating. Like, I don't have control anymore. I just go, go and go. And can't stop. It's like something else is controlling my feet and hands and mouth and making me eat and get up to go to the kitchen and get more junk. I can't control it...And I…

I usually have 300 max for breakfast/lunch (unless I have to in which case my dinner will be smaller) and try (unsuccessfully usually) to not snack before dinner so then I'll have 600 (or less depending on my snacks or if I had to have a larger lunch) for dinner.

I would try it and see if it works. I can only speak for myself. But for me personally, at 5'4 and my current weight, 1500 cals is what I need to maintain, so at 1800 I'd be gaining. But, as others have said, it all depends on you and how your body works. The only way to find out is to test it for a bit and see

Am I just like, really weird or something. For me I've lost about 23 lbs and I've gone from a 6/7 to 0/00 (or sometimes the 00 is a little loose)

I try not to eat them back, but on days that I'm burning 1200 or more calories I usually end up dipping into them because I need the energy
-
Really? 1200-1400 calories is considered low? I've always thought of that as on the higher side of normal... I just thought maybe you all would have some answers and I wouldn't have to go to the doctor since it's so difficult to arrange in my schedule. Now I see that I'm gonna have to make an appointment because people…

Oh ok. I was really confused there for a sec lol

I'm 19. How do nutritional needs change for adults. If anything, don't they go down?
-
Ok. I'll make an appt. thank you

I've lived on this my entire life and the dizziness only recently started...

?

My blood tests that I just got back (about a month or so ago) were all normal
-
I've checked on here for maintenance calories
-
I'm eating a lot for intakes

I do have a heart condition, but it doesn't cause me any issues. I think I'm drinking enough usually

Thank you

What would you recommend for veggies?
-
You need to support yourself and believe in yourself as well as receiving support from others. That aside, I am more then happy to support you however possible. Feel free to add me :)

Thank you so much! This is so, so, so, so helpful (especially knowing where I can get it too). I really, really appreciate this. This is EXACTLY the type of response I was looking for
-
Oh ok. I thought it was only in kids. Thank you for giving me more information

Why would I need a therapist for this?
