SW: 173 Started MFP: 171 Week1: 166 Week2: 164.8 Week 3: 164.4 Total loss since challenge: 2.6lbs Total loss: 8.6lbs I felt like crap this week and did not make an effort to walk my goal of 10,000 steps and I didn't log my food good. So I need to do better and put this week behind me.

SW: 158 GW: 140 Day 1: 158 Day 20: 162 I am not sure that my starting weight is correct due to weighing on a different scale but this week my goal is to weigh 158 on my scale!!! I am trying to stay motivated this is definitely a long journey with lots of ups and downs. I hope that I can continue to stay motivated!

I did 280 minutes on elliptical and 120 minutes of cleaning last week. I started out strong but my week ended with poor diet from being so busy. I think we need to post our measurements on here so we can see if we are losing inches as well as pounds.

I did manage to burn 2237 calories last week which was great but I am aiming for 3500 this week or however many calories I can burn with 300 minutes being my goal.

This weight loss thing is so tricky. Trying to figure out what works for us. I keep getting down on myself as well. I am so thankful we have this challenge because it does keep me going when I want to give up. We need to stay strong and finish what we started. :) You are doing great Girl!

I get Joseph's Pita Bread at Wal-Mart and it only has 4 net carbs! Total Carbs-Fiber = Net Carbs. It is really good!
