  • I've lost 70 pounds and, since March, I'm working towards reducing my body fat. Last time I've checked, went from 20 to 12% whislt maintaining my weight (195lbs-ish, 6ft 3). Now I'm thinking about gaining mass.

  • My weight has maintained (no more than 5lbs variation) over the past 3 months. The only thing that has changed was my bf % (from 20 to 12), because of the gym. Now that I'm comfortable about maintaining weight, I'm ready to bulk up!

  • This is brazilian cuscuz (is made of corn flakes, not wheat like in Morocco). I usually eat with half a spoon of light butter, a scrambled egg and coffee w/ skimmed milk. It's around 350 calories total and I love it. It's basically the one food I never get tired of, and I eat it since I was a child. Just perfect :smiley:

  • I don't know about everybody else, but my goal (13 lbs) is below my monthly average (15 lbs). Since I'm pretty satisfied with my loss rate and I understand as time goes by it tends to slow down, I'm choosing something that is satisfying, possible and not too stressful to do.
