Thanks everyone. Sounds like I may not be eating enough. I feel great during the day but after I exercise I'm so pooped I don't even want to eat dinner. I'll eat more and see if that does the trick!

I'm 40 and have only used MFP for food tracking. Would love to have some friends for encouragement. I have 100 lbs to lose and the weight is not budging! Also I have Celiac,for others out there that need support!

are you supposed to eat back your exercise calories? maybe thats why im not losing weight
