I dont want to be rude but there is a reason why you need to lose weight (and probably its about your eating habits) And you can eat your olive oil, just maybe a bit less than 2 tbsp in 1 meal :smiley:

Also I dont think its necessary to add 2 tbsp olive oil, maybe try just one or half.. I eat my salad without any sauce at all, because I see oil on salad as a waste of calories and fat! :wink:

Its fine as a snack, but I would probably get hungry 1 hour after eating this.. And why honey? You can add some carbs!

I eat 2 slices of bread, cream cheese and ham, buy you should find brands that are higher in protein and lower in fats. Protein: 6+2.6+10=18.6 Other suggestions Greek yogurt with fruits Cottage cheese on bread with green onion, dills Something with milk like oats, quinoa or any other porridge, smoothie Milk ice cream…

The only thing that comes to my mind now are girls who come to the gym with red lipstick and are doing nothing else but just walking around and acting like they are exercising.. But that doesnt happen very often :smiley: :smiley:

I love eating and can eat more than an average man, I am not scared of spiders, I love to take 3 hours long baths and I have all of my teeth and everything else, even hair and nails, natural. I guess that makes me a terrible person! :neutral:

I would say 1500 is perfect for a young woman who is not too active, to maintain her weight. For a man - I dont know...

Do you want to eat those calories on a healthy and clean diet? I guess it is much harder then. Fats has the most calories, so avocado, oils and nuts can help you, although I don't know if its enough for 4700. If you like to eat a lot, big portions of pasta, rice, meat, potatoes can also help. I guess I can easily collect…

Fruits.. of course - sugar - but its better than eating a chocolate. Your favourite fruit (or even better - berry) + greek yoghurt + few nuts

I think low-carb diet is very good for losing weight. But its just my experience.
