My jar doesn't have anything written on it (about the liquid - powder ratios) so I thought the other ones are the same. I will try more liquid tomorrow. ;) I also tried hot water, warm water, cold water, shaking etc.. I guess my last choice is blending! I always count it as 250 calories for 30 min or 500 calories for 1 hour. My elliptical shows 700+ calories for 1 hour exercise, I just dont believe it. I remember reading online articles (when I went to gym first) about the elliptical and how it always overestimates the burned calories.

I also lost weight while I was drinking on Saturdays. I just always "ignore" the calories coming from alcohol. Maybe my progress would be better If I didnt - who knows - but I am not ready to quit yet. Have to mention that I mostly drink beer, wine or vodka/gin/whiskey + light cola, not some sugary cocktails. I look terrible after gym (cardio especially) but I always go to the shower and do make up and dry my hair after, it takes max 20 min for me. Maybe you can just plan it into your workout time? If you cant take a shower then do something light that doesnt make you sweaty (how obvious! :smiley: ), for me its weights, but I…
