I love veggie foods, but I'm stuck for ideas!

Please offer some ideas!
Anything at all: I love a huge variety of flavours - spicy, sweet, salty, 'bland' (some people say this about cottage cheese and tofu, but I love both)!

    Zucchini lasagna
    Eggplant lasagna
    Spaghetti squash spaghetti
    Portobello mushroom pizza
    Cauliflower pizza

    "Sloppy BBQ Lentils" (About 135 calories per 1/2 cup)

    First, saute...
    (10 min+/-)
    1 tbsp(s), Minced Garlic
    2 medium, Carrots, raw
    1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia), Peppers, sweet, green, raw
    1 small, Onions, raw

    Then add...
    15 fluid ounce, Tomato Sauce
    0.25 cup(s), Kraft Original Barbeque Sauce
    1 tbsp, Balsamic Vinegar
    1 Tbsp, Organic Molasses
    1 tsp, Mustard
    1 tsp (1.8 g), Spices, oregano, dried
    And simmer (20 min+/-)

    Finally stir in...
    2.50 cup, Lentils, mature seeds, cooked, boiled, without salt
    And simmer (another 10-20min)

    This is by far my favorite; quick, easy, and very, very tasty.

    Creamy Broccoli Slaw
    1 head raw broccoli, trimmed and cut into florets
    1/4 cup plain yogurt
    1 tbsp light cream cheese
    1 tbsp honey
    1/3 cup trail mix (the variety that has nuts like sunflower seeds and cashews dried cranberries is what I go with)

    Edamame 1 bag ~10 oz
    Thinly sliced shallot sautéed until golden brown in 1T Olive Oil
    Season with salt & pepper
    (smoked salt if available, but take it easy on this)

    Mix together.

    Cook ground turkey (seasoned with cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder) on low covered to keep as much moisture. Spoon on top of steamed broccoli rice and zucchini noodles. Top with 6 tablespoons of panama jack organic salsa (Costco 5 cal per 2 T)

    Veggie stir fry with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar.

    Look at slimmingeats blog as lots of good recipes on there.

    Bean chilli
    Spaghetti with roasted butternut squash sauce
    Butternut squash risotto
    Chickpea and spinach curry
